News from the Youth about Our Youth Group.

Hi, my name is Regina.  I have been in the youth group for almost four years.  I want to share with you what our meetings are like.  We start by doing community service.  We bag clothes in our clothing drop box.  Then we return to the room and go into our chapel to pray.  One week we do individual silent prayer, the next one of us leads the prayer and the next week we listen to a song.  Then we have a group discussion.  The topics are chosen by the youth and the adults.  We take turns chosing the topics. Next we play games and have snacks.   We have a lot of fun.  Come join us for fun faith and friendship.

Hello, my name is Hunter.  My friend Regina brought me to youth group and I thought it was going to be all about God 24/7.  I thought I would be bored out of my mind.  It turns out that we also talk about real life issues and we play games.  We have fun the whole time.  Come try it out.

Hello, my name is Sherry and I am the youth minister.  I just want to let you know that we do have young men as well as young women attending youth group each week.  Our group is a good mix of young women and young men.  As of now we have an equal ratio of young women and young men.  Come and join us or e-mail Dana or myself for more information.
